By using ÇekSat you agree to these Terms.

The service

ÇekSat provides AI-assisted listing copy based on photos you provide.

AI output is advisory

• Listings and price estimates are suggestions, not guarantees.
• You must review content before posting to any marketplace.
• You must comply with marketplace rules and local laws.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal or infringing content, abuse the service, or bypass usage limits.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled through Apple or Google. Restore Purchases recovers valid entitlements on the same store account.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. DigitalCheff is not liable for lost sales or damages arising from AI-generated content to the fullest extent permitted by law.
